On August 31, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute held a seminar “Prospects of Development of Ukrainian-Polish Students and Academic Staff Mobility”. The organizers of the seminar were the Polish Educational Foundation “Perspectives”, the Committee on Foreign Cooperation of the Conference of Rectors of Higher Educational Institutions of Poland and the Ukrainian - Polish Center of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.

"Bardzo dobry" – these words were most often heard at the Ukrainian-Polish round table held on April 7 at the Innovation Center of the Igor Sikorsky KPI.

In Iwonicz-Zdrój, on May 19-21, 2017, a traditional seminar,"Economic Cooperation of Poland with Ukraine" which is organized annually by the KPI Students' Section in Poland, was held. Henryk Bukalskyi and Aleksander Sarnetskyi were the immediate organizers of the seminar.

Upon the invitation of the rector Tomasz Łodygowski, the Dean of the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor Vitalii Maksymenko, visited Poznan Polytechnic from May 28 to June 1. During the visit, professor V.B.

Forum of rectors of higher technical educational establishments of Ukraine and Poland started its work in National technical university of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute” on 6 April.

On 3 April there was a press-conference in information agency “UKRINFORM” devoted to Ukrainian and Polish days of education, science and innovations that will be hold in Kyiv in April, 6-7.

In early April, in Kyiv will be held the Forum of rectors of higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine and Poland. Its organizers are association of rectors of higher technical educational institutions of Ukraine and the Conference of Rectors of Technical Universities in Poland.

From 27 November to 3 December 2016 in the framework of academic mobility Erasmus + KPI named after Igor Sikorsky prof. Wojciech Hlevytsky came with the visit from the University in Szczecin, Poland (Szczecin University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering).

Student Council is working with the student government of Warsaw Polytechnic for many years. The visit of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute students to Warsaw came of within the scientific and cultural exchanges from 14 to 20 November.

In December, 14, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Polish Republic to Ukraine, Yan Pieklo delivered a lecture “Poland and Ukraine” to students, postgraduates and teaching staff of National technical university of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute”.
