A new educational and research space—the Industrial Systems Control Laboratory—has been opened at the Faculty of Electronics. 🤝 The project was implemented through a strategic partnership between Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Siemens Ukraine, and Chervona Hvylia.
The laboratory is equipped with industrial drives, remote control systems, and licensed software, which allows for the simulation of complex production processes and the creation of their digital copies.
📃 What the new laboratory will offer students:
🔸 the opportunity to emulate the operation of machine tools and digitization systems used in the world’s leading manufacturing facilities;
🔸 training in control systems that will prepare specialists for work in real-world facilities;
🔸 practical skills in managing high-precision manufacturing processes, including vacuum melting of titanium.
