April 22, 2013 National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" was visited by President of Winnipeg University (Canada), Professor Lloyd Axworthy.
On the 4th of April Minister of defense deputy of Kazakhstan Republic Sergiy Gromov and managers of National company “Kazakhstan engineering” and of one of the biggest Republic enterprises – plant № 811 had a meeting with NTUU "KPI" management and scientists.
On April, 3 in the course of preparation for the official visit of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Serik Akhmetov to Ukraine NTUU "KPI" was visited by the Vice Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan Sayat Shayahmetova and vice-rector of Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute Abzal Taltenov .
On April, 2 NTUU "KPI" concluded the cooperation agreement with university Ondokuz Mayis (t. Samsun, Turkish Republic). On behalf of Kiev Polytechnic the agreement was signed by the vice-chancellor with international relations, corresponding member of NAS of Ukraine Sergiy Sydorenko, on behalf of Ondokuz Mayis - rector professor Hussein Akan.
On March, 28 NTUU “KPI” was visited by the founder and the head of the International forum “Science and technologies in community” («Science and Technology in Society forum», in brief «STS forum») Kodzi Omi and Extraordinary and Authorized Ambassador of Japan in Ukraine Sakata Toichi.
On March 19, 2013 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine H.E. Mr. Henryk Litwin delivered a lecture to students and teachers of NTUU “KPI” on «European integration as strengthening of transformation processes. European experience in development of Polish-Ukrainian scientific and educational collaboration».
On the 15th of March the cooperational agreement was signed between NTUU "KPI” and JSC “National Company " Kazakhstan Engineering”. A document signed by the Principal of NTUU "KPI" Michael Zgurovsky and CEO Abdrahman Kuralbek.
On March 14, 2013 Professor Leonids Ribickis, Rector of Riga Technical University (RTU), Academician of Latvian Academy of Sciences, visited NTUU "KPI". He got acquainted with historic campus of KPI, Scientific and Technical Library, Culture and Arts Center as well as Art Gallery of the University, exhibition of the State Polytechnic Museum at NTUU "KPI" and monuments of outstanding scientists and designers, who got study and worked in KPI.
Boston College delegation, headed by master of Physical college of arts and sciences department of this educational institution doctor Michael Nowton, took place from 4th to 7th of March in NTUU “KPI”
From January 28 till February 3, 2013 NTUU “KPI” had received the delegation of the Shenyang Aerospace University of the People’s Republic of China.
The guests were acquainted with the University campus, expositions of the State Polytechnic museum of Ukraine at NTUU “KPI” and I.I. Sikorsky Department of Aviation and Cosmonautic.
