November 25-26, the first international scientific seminar on digitization of historical, cultural and scientific heritage, stored in archives, museums, libraries and private collections in Ukraine was held in the State Polytechnic Museum NTUU "KPI .

21-22 October, V Research Seminar with international participation "The economic security of the state and the scientific and technological aspects of the software" ("Nedinskie readings") was held at NTUU"KPI".
Nine years ago, at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics was held the first training seminar on applied problems of Computer and Software Engineering ACSE (Applications of Computer and Software Engineering). The seminar became traditional and this year was held from 17 to 20 September.
On 24-26 May, 2013 at the recreation center, "Archer", near Kielce, an annual seminar "Economic Cooperation in Poland and Ukraine" was held, organized by the Section of KPI students in Poland.
Anatoliy Volodymyrovych Skorokhod (10.09.1930 – 3.01.2011) is a Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1985), State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology laureate (1982 and 2003).
On the 10th of June, 2013 the methodical seminar named "Practical Training of physical research technique: condition, problems and prospects for metallophysicists” took place at the Chair of Metal Physics of Engineering and Physics Faculty.
