Vitalii Lopushanskyi, a graduate of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Computer Systems and Networks, created a startup UADamage to show the world the magnitude of the destruction caused by the russian invasion of Ukraine.
With the help of artificial intelligence, he developed an interactive map of destroyed and damaged property.
The accounting of destroyed and damaged property will clearly show the world what damages russia has caused to Ukraine, and will be the basis for calculating the amount of reparations that the occupiers will pay to Ukrainians after the defeat in the war.
Vitalii had heard about the colossal magnitude of destruction in Mariupol and knew that no one in Ukraine was using neural networks to analyze the damage. He decided to use his knowledge and to create an interactive map of the damaged property.
