Promoting gender equality: Step by step

Our newspaper has already talked about the basic principles underlying the Action Plan for the implementation of gender equality principles in the practice of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, approved by the order of the rector on October 3, 2024. At the end of March, an expanded meeting of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Gender Equality Working Group was held, which was attended by representatives of a number of departments and the rector of the university, Anatoliy Melnychenko.

Week of mathematics 2025 in KPI: Intellectual battles, creativity and passion for science

In March, Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute hosted the traditional Mathematics Week, a series of events that demonstrated how interesting, interactive and modern this science can be. The significance of the event was supported by the rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Anatoliy Melnychenko: he recorded a video message to the participants, in which he emphasized the importance of developing mathematical culture among young people and its role in scientific and technological progress.
