🔋 Representatives of JSC “Market Operator,” NEC “Ukrenergo,” PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo,” and SE “Guaranteed Buyer” held a two-day series of classes on April 6–7 at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute for approximately 60 senior students from the Department of Power Supply at the -Scientific Institute of Energy Saving and Energy Management ( IEE Institute) and the Department of Electrical Networks and Systems of the Faculty of Electrical Power Engineering and Automation ( FEA)

Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross, held a workshop titled “AI in Robotic Systems for Defense Purposes.”

The Tech360: Policy Meets Technology conference recently took place—an event dedicated to the full cycle of IT business development in Ukraine, organized by the IT Ukraine Association. The event brought together over 800 participants: leaders of technology companies, representatives of the public sector, and leading universities.

At a meeting of the Academic Council of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Oleksandr Dmytrovych Mokhunko—a senior lecturer in the Department of Health and Sports Technologies (FBMI) and a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war—was awarded the Honorary Distinction of the University’s Academic Council.

Recently, the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute welcomed a distinguished guest — Kiril Petkov, former Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as a politician, economist and entrepreneur.

📜A quarter of a century ago, KPI initiated the separation of biotechnology as a field of training for domestic specialists and was one of the first in Ukraine to begin teaching students in all major biotechnology specializations. Today, the FBT is a place where science becomes technology and works for bioenergy and environmental safety, developing domestic biopharmacy and bioengineering in our country.

A ceremony was held to honor the nominees and winners of the student essay contest “Startup Diplomacy: Ukraine and Azerbaijan in Building Innovation Partnership,” organized with the support of the 🇦🇿 Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Ukraine.
