On September 29-30, 2016 in the State Polytechnic Museum at NTUU "KPI after Igor Sikorsky" was the XV Ukrainian national scientific conference on the subject "Topical issues of science and technology history".

October 11-14, 2016 in the International Exhibition Center was XIII International Specialized Exhibition named "Arms and Security - 2016".

In October, 20 there was Information Day “HORIZON 2020” regarding “Writing of project proposals: secret of victory” in NTUU “Igor Sikorsky KPI”.

Recently for the sixth time took place a photo exhibition "Sushka of KPI 2016". However this year it was not like as its predecessors. Due to the bad weather conditions for the first time this event was held in Art Space called "Bashnya KPI".

On September 29 in Kiev took place the regional stage of international contest of the innovative Falling Walls Kyiv 2016. The project was based in honor of the 20 anniversary of fall of the Berlin wall and is supported by the German government.

By such principle lives Anastasia Kabanova 6 year IHF student. She studies well, and is active in her public life. For four years she had been a head of group.

In October, 20, there was a solemn opening of All-Ukrainian competition "Aviator 2017" in National technical university of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute".

Two years ago in our university on the initiative of head of the department of Integrated Technology of Mechanical Engineering prof. V.A.Pasichnyka was created a student team under his leadership, that projected and manufactured car race of series "Formula Student" (Formula SAE).

On 5-6 October 2016 "KPI after. Igor Sikorsky" was visited by the delegation Hunan Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals (PRC) headed by President Chen Wei.

58 years of his life was held in the KPI. And this is the lion's share of the stages of formation and disclosure of the best qualities of the personality, scientist, teacher and public figure.
