☑️ Admission

The admission campaign to Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is over.
Work has begun on developing an admission strategy for 2024.

☑️ Educational process

Monitoring of class attendance by students and teachers continues. The average weekly number of full-time teachers at the university is about 500 people.
The first and second year postgraduate students started their studies.
For the first time, Kyiv Polytechnic was represented at the largest international exhibition on education, the European Association for International Education. More than 100 universities from all over the world took part in the event.
The first All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers on artificial intelligence, which will be held at KPI, starts. The submissions have been accepted as of today.
International accreditation of educational programs continues. The report of the international expert group on the accreditation of the educational program "Control Systems for Aircraft and Complexes" (IAT) has been received - the conclusions are positive.
The electronic campus is operating normally.
On October 25, a round table on academic integrity will be held.
KPI will host a sports competition dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the university. The competition will feature five sports: from chess to volleyball. Teams are currently being selected.
The Legal Clinic will resume its work at Kyiv Polytechnic, where students will be able to get professional advice on various issues.

☑️ Scientific activities

The work on the creation of the Center for Prosthetics and Rehabilitation on the basis of KPI continues. The concept of the innovative RnD center has been agreed upon. The advanced training of the teaching staff has begun.

☑️ International activities

359 foreign students study at Kyiv Polytechnic. Most of them study remotely.
KPI is strengthening ties with the Warsaw Polytechnic University in the field of dual education.
The ATHENA Alliance donates special equipment for training to Kyiv Polytechnic.

☑️ Campus improvement and security

Currently, the KPI infrastructure is provided with places in shelters for all participants in the educational process.
Additional places in shelters are being installed on the campus. The 4th dormitory will be equipped with places for another 500 people.
There will be three indestructibility points on the territory of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The arrangement of the premises will be completed by October 15.
Next week, the university will host special on-site training from the State Emergency Service.
