Memorial plaques to Yuriy Artiukh and Oleh Zadorozhny were opened at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Yuriy Artiukh studied at the Educational and Research Institute of Mechanical Engineering of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. Back in 2014, he volunteered for war. He was convinced that hostilities should be stopped in the east of the country.
Oleh Zadorozhny was an engineer at the Department of Information Systems and Technologies of the Faculty of Informatics and Computer Engineering, and an artilleryman by military occupation. From the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he was drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He defended Ukraine in the Kharkiv region.
