State prizes of Ukraine in science and technology in 2014 are awarded to:
- Dr.Sci.Tech, professor V.S. Antonuk for the participation in the work “Creation of the high-precision equipment and production of heavy parts and equipment”.
- Candidate Sch. Tech., associate professor V.P.Kalinchik, Dr.Sci.Tech. A.V.Prahovnik (posthumously) – for the participation in the work “Automated system of control using of electric power with quality control”;
- Dr.Sci.Tech., professor F.F. Dubrovka, scientist M.M. Lytvin, scientist S.M. Lytvin, Candidate Sch. Tech. V.M. Glushenko, Candidate Sch. Tech. V.S. Kamaev – for the participation in the creation of multi beam radiation antenna system;
- Dr.Sci.Tech., professor V.G. Kolobrodov for the participation in the research work in the instrumentation.
Names of the new nine laureates complemented the list of 94 scientists KPI, awarded with State prizes in science and technology in the last 26 years.
Prizes of President of Ukraine to young scientists for 2014 were awarded:
- Candidate Sch. Tech, senior teacher IME I.A.Grishak, assistant FRE A.A.Novosad – for the work “Flow cavitator with high intensity ultrasound for the treatment of liquid media";
- Candidate Sch. Tech, senior teacher FEPEA M.A.Sherba – for the work «The fireproof electrical cables of different voltage classes."
Given the three new laureates the number of young scientists of our university, awarded by the President of Ukraine prize, is increased up to 17 persons.
The prize of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the development and implementation of the new innovative technologies is given to:
- Dr.Sci.Tech., professor, Dean of FHPE E.M.Pysmenny; Candidate Sci. Tech, Senior Researcher O.M.Terekh – for the participation in the work: "Development of technology and equipment for the production of pipes part-fin welding method and result in creation of a wide range of energy-saving highly efficient heat exchangers."
Diploma, medals, thanks Academic Council NTUU "KPI" in 2014 there were awarded 93 research and teaching staff of the University - for outstanding achievements in scientific and organizational innovation and scientific work and contribution to the field of invention and intellectual property protection.
The winners of "KPI" in the "teacher-researcher - 2014" were 27 persons in the category "young teacher-researcher - 2014" - 23 people. Two people - the winners in the "Leader of the Year - 2014": the leader with subjects performed and leader of the international recognition publications.
Awards NTUU "KPI" in the contest for the best manual, textbook, monograph in 2013/2014 academic year were given to: Ph.D. M.V.Hrayvoronskyy, Dr.Sci.Tech. O.M.Novikov for the textbook "Safety information and communication systems" (first prize). Two second prizes: Dr.Ph.Sci. V.V.Buldyhin (posthumously), Karl-Heinz Indlekofer, D.Sc. O.I.Klyesov, Joseph Gerhard Shtaynebah for the monograph "Pseudo regular functions and generalized theory of recovery"; Ph.D. S.O.Kudrya textbook "Alternative and renewable energy."
