This article is a slight generalization after three years of trips to China specialists KPI of burning fuel in the fire engineering power plants, metallurgy and others. It should be noted that the school of KPI in combustion (founded by professors of FHPE V.O.Hristich G.M.Lyubchik ) is one of the best in Europe. Based on the research, a unique high-performance universal jet-niche combustion technology (JNC) was created, which applies to further facilities: steam and hot water boilers, furnaces and kilns for various purposes, combustion chambers, and so on, for more than a thousand objects. The technology is protected by ten patents, including Eurasia. The following enterprises are using this technology: "Zaporizhstal" (open-hearth furnaces, mixers, drying positions casting ladles, sinter plant), Odessa TPP, Pobuzhsky ferronickel plant, the Crimean "Titan" and others. JNC also provides economic, environmental, safety and reliability for municipal power enterprises of entire cities, in particular Zhitomir, Luhansk, Alchevsk Gorlovka and others.

Chinese steelmakers are very interested in the practical results of the use of JNC in industry, and especially - the environmental performance that provides the technology. This interest is due to complex environmental situation in the industrialized provinces, which caused not only by the rapid development of industry, but also a predominant share in the China energy balance of coal (about 70%). Great expectations there were associated with the so-called coal-water fuel (fine carbon powder is added to about 40% water). However, trial operation in several power station showed economic ineffectiveness of such project, and it was not used since 2003. It is interesting that in Ukraine there is still promoting the Chinese experience and there are attempts to introduce it into energy.

It is found in Chine an alternative to coal fuel. This is more environmentally friendly - gas fuel. Since natural resources of gas in China are restricted, there are other ways to get gas from different raw materials (coal, wood, biomass, etc.). Everywhere there are different facilities to produce gas. For this purpose fast-growing plants are grew. Huge areas occupied by such plantations, we saw dozens of kilometers along the roads.

By the way, water-coal technology and gasification Chinese "oversaw" in the works of Soviet scientists and, as is typical for them, having experienced, chose the best in terms of efficiency, environmental safety and reliability, that is best for the country and not for the enrichment of a handful of "interested". Government officials are protecting the interests of the state, they say, do what you want, earn, be a millionaire, but do not harm our country. With the appointment of an employee, even low-level, he is talked about the consequences of wrongdoing, and then is allowed to speak with prisoners who have broken the law. Such control and strict measures by the state meet state sentiment multimillion people and lead to impressive results. Country is in advance of all in terms of GDP. Chinese can be found in any city in the world and in all universities. They intensively collected knowledge and skills and do not hesitate to neglect of intellectual property rights. Low levels of corruption creates a favorable investment climate, and scientific and technical personnel and investors from around the world come here.

Very interesting to see how the Chinese are working. On one of the smelters we were three days. The enterprise is working many years. In size it is like "Zaporizhstal". So, for these days the building area by various technical and administrative structures increased in the eyes (many tens of meters in diameter). And the Chinese have worked without fuss, clearly observing the lunch time and the end of the work. The impression is that they work in joy. When we came to work, they will greet us, smiling and showing what they do.

Before the Chinese are big challenges, one of the most acute - environment. They are looking for solutions to this problem which should be closely related to the optimization of the energy balance. Engineers around the world are watching with interest how PRC is solving complex problems. After what we saw in China, we realize that they can do it, because for the Chinese people statehood is above all.
