The Tender committee was formed in Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute for the organization and holding of procurement procedures, which includes official (officials) people Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, responsible for the organization and holding of procurement procedures in accordance with applicable law.
The Tender committee operates on the principles of collegiality and impartiality of the members of the Tender Committee.
The Tender committee of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Public Procurement", the Standard Regulations on the Tender committee, current legislation of Ukraine.
The Tender committee ofIgor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute composition and its Regulation is approved by the Rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
The Tender committee:
- during the year plans for holding public procurement procedures in accordance with the approved budget and financial plan (the allocations plan, the plan for the use of budget (state) funds);
- prepares and approves annual public procurement plan;
- selects the procurement procedure;
- conducts procurement, prequalification of participants;
- provides equal conditions for all participants, objective and fair selection of the winner;
- ensures the preparation, approval and storage of relevant documents on public procurement under applicable law;
- performs other actions envisaged by applicable law.
