During the quarantine period, the personal reception of citizens by officials of  Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, as well as events involving more than 10 people (Rectorate, Academic Council, Methodical Council, ets) are abolished. In exceptional cases, all conferences may be conducted either by phone or video conferencing.

The general department of the Department of Management accepts documents through the postbox, which is located near the central entrance of the first building, or in the format of electronic scanned copies of business notes with signature and visas in format (.pdf) to kanc@kpi.ua.  The personnel department accepts personnel documents, which are submitted only by the person designated by the head of department, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m to 1 p.m (phone for reference 0975952056)

The archive accepts applications only by email (arhiv@kpi.ua or kanc@kpi.ua). The application must include: full name in ukrainian, year of graduation, dropout or dismissal from the university, appointment of the certificate, return address and contact telephone number. Original documents are not issued during the quarantine.

The Department of Security does not allow unauthorized persons to enter the premises (buildings, dormitories, etc) of  Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, applies restrictive measures for the stay of unauthorized persons in the territory of the university.

The Department of Economics and Finance accepts documents from unauthorized persons and organisations through the postbox located near the central entrance of the first building or email Subbotina@kpi.ua.

Employees of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute should note that violations of the quarantine rules, sanitary and anti-epidemic rules and norms provided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of the Population against Infectious Diseases", other acts of legislation, as well as decisions of local authorities on the control of infectious diseases entails administrative liability and if it causes the death of people or other serious consequences then it entails criminal liability.
