A rather big stand near the trade union of employees introduces the trade union leaders of the university. The vast majority of them are women. It seems quite naturally that for the socio - economic protection of KPI workers care THEY - professional, tactically flexible, diplomatic and nice. A woman by nature has developed intuition: that man is not able to notice, it will be quite obvious for her. They are more stress-resistant, although subjected to emotions, but then gather their thoughts and make the right decision. Woman by nature is soft and gentle, she is inherent in the spirit of motherhood, it is easier to explain.
All told, to say the least of it, concerns to Anna Nikolaevna Kulik, assistant professor of mathematical physics, head of profbureau of FMF (mathematics). Artistic, decent, conscientious, responsible, demanding to herself and to those who work close to her - so is she characterized by her colleagues. By birth is the from Ivano-Frankivsk, a magic land of Cheremosh and Prut , as is had been sung in the famous song .She graduated Chernivetsi State University ( Mathematics Department ) – heart of culture and spirituality of Bukovina. In 1975, after graduation, she worked as a mathematician -programmer at Boryspil airport, and from September 1978 – as the assistant of the Department of Mathematics of the Kiev Polytechnic Institute. In 1984 she entered the graduate school of the Department of Theory of functions of the Institute of Mathematics of NASU, successfully graduated it, and in 1988 defended her thesis. During postgraduate study became a member of the Institute of Mathematics of the trade union, and was responsible for the children's sector. Then returned to the Department of Mathematics of KPI, which works to this day. She is delighted with embroidery, knitting and other «women’s affairs».
High moral qualities, ability to listen to people and inspire them, organizational skills and dedication to work gained a fame for Anna Nikolaevna as the best trade union leader and deserved awards. Her strong, active life, indifferent to problems and, along with the hospitality and friendliness were key to the great prestige in the workplace of Kiev Polytechnic Institute.
