Young scientist IME Ruslan BorisYoung scientist IME linked his fate with Kyiv Polytechnic in 2001 when he became a freshman. With the time he had got the bachelor’s degree in 2005, in 2007 – the master’s degree on the specialty “Equipment to process metal by pressure”. At that time he got his first award – diploma of the third level in the contest of masters’ works NTUU “KPI”. Graduating post-graduation training he started to work an assistant in the department of plastics materials and energy saving processes (PM and ESP) of Mechanical Engineering Institute. Today he has 20 scientific papers and authored and coauthored 8 inventions.
Since 2010 he is working at the PM and ESP department. During this time he prepared lecture courses on the disciplines “Technology Systems” and “Standardization in the Machinery”.
In 2011, he was working as the secretary of the admission committee of IME NTUU “KPI”.
In 2013 he defended candidate’s dissertation in the theme "Extension of thinning bimetallic tubular elements of dissimilar metals and alloys". Ruslan is actively involved in the implementation of scientific projects in the state budget and contractual works of JSC "Motor Sich". Since September 2013 he is the Senior Teacher, executes organizational work of the educational process. He is the Scientific Secretary of the Department.
