A student of FMM, Olexandr Solosich, was awarded a scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for success in his studies and research. The editorial board of KP turned to his supervisor, Olha Kozhemyachenko, with a request to tell about her pet.

Our cooperation with Alexander began while he was in his first year of education. Then he became interested in the problem of socially oriented business and wanted to make a publication on this subject. His curiosity and clarity of thoughts, a masterful presentation of the material and impressive working capacity as for a new student struck me. The article was written and published. Over the years, one could observe how a future professional and scientist grows, motivated not by formal criteria and assessments, but by an irresistible desire to search for scientific truth. Today, Olexandr's achievements include scientific publications, participation in scientific and practical conferences, and victories in all-Ukrainian subject olympiads.

Last year, our Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship received an offer to participate in the All-Ukrainian competition of student startups at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. I did not hesitate to suggest Olexandr to represent our university in this competition. He, along with classmates Thi Min Tao and Mykyta Holub, developed a social project to equip the bicycle space on the campus of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The jury highly appreciated their work: the team led by Olexandr Solosich became the winner, receiving second place in the category of social projects.

In addition to the undoubted abilities for individual scientific and search work, Olexandr is endowed with the talent to create a fantastically positive atmosphere around him. Teachers always note with pleasure that the UE-61 group, where Sasha is studying, is distinguished by the spirit of mutual sympathy and help, the students' focus on achieving high results. It is not an overstatement to say that Olexandr is the tuning fork of such relations in the group.

Our department was pleased to learn that Olexandr Solosich became a nominal scholar of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. We are proud of our student and wish him further scientific and professional growth.

O. Kozhemyachenko, Senior Lecturer of Department of Economics and Entrepreneurship
