Vice-rector of scientific and pedagogic work (international relations) prof. S.I. Sidorenko, visited leading synchrotron center of Japan's SPring-8 (Super Photon Ring - 8 GeV) and complex SACLA (SPring-8 Angstrom Compact Free Electron Laser) based on the Cooperation Agreement between NTUU "KPI" and SPring-8, signed in 2013.

The participants discussed the possibilities of attracting scientists of "KPI", working in the field of structural research in interdisciplinary junctions physics and solid state chemistry, biology and medicine, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, issues of clean water and so on., to use of research capacities SPring-8.
