DLM-office (PhD at the labor market) is meant to be the mechanism for labor market monitoring for the purpose of further promotion of competitiveness among the graduates of the universities of the third education level – PhDs.

The mission of DLM-office lies in strengthening the university’s connections with employers, notably examining employers’ requirements to PhDs and promoting organizing the high-level PhDs training in the university.

NTUU “KPI” DLM-office was created at the Faculty of Aerospace Systems, which is NETCENG project coordinator at one of its activity stages. One of the tasks of DLM-office is generalizing the requirements of the labor market to PhDs and the methodical analysis of those requirements for the purpose of modifying the modules of PhD curriculum.

The training participant from NTUU “KPI” in Berlin was the principal engineer of Theoretical Mechanics Department, NETCENG project coordinator L. Stetsiuk, who presented a report with a presentation about the experience of NTUU “KPI” in monitoring professional training quality and labor market demands, commercializing students’ and workers’ inventions, organizing and holding the start-ups.
