Konstantin Alekseevich Kalinin (05/02[24/01]/1887, Warsaw- 23/10/1938, Voronezh) was the outstanding aircraft designer. He was convicted and executed “for the undermining the Soviet aircraft industry”. August 10, 1955 he was rehabilitated (posthumously). Graduate of KPI.
