The last days of 2014 are flowing away. Another page in the history of our state is turning.
This past year was a difficult one for Ukraine, the university, for each of us. But at the same time it was very successful.
It was launched into orbit the first Ukrainian and, besides, the country's first university nano-satellite "PolylTAN-1" - the brainchild of the team of scientists, engineers and students "KPI"!
The results of the competition of innovative projects in the annual festival "Sikorsky Challenge 2014" are very impressive. Venture, investment, grants and charitable organizations and foundations have allocated about 24 million UAH for the completion of the projects-winners.
We kept a high level of training and the right to hold high steps all national university rankings.
Now our country is experiencing a truly tectonic upheavals. Kiev Polytechnic, as always - in the middle of the action, in the maelstrom of life.
Dear friends! In the new year we are waiting for new challenges, and I believe, new achievements. I'm sure we will successfully cope with all the challenges the life confront us.
Therefore, I sincerely congratulate you with the New 2015 Year! I wish you, your families good health, happiness, inspiration and success.
And also - the peace and prosperity of our native Ukraine!
