Ukrainian Baden-Baden is swirling with more than thirty drinking springs in the midland of the Carpathian Mountains near the Ukrainian Kuwait. However the village Skhidnytsya is known not just as one of the area of Borislav (that one that laughs). In the middle of the valley that is similar to the Olympic cycle track is the river Shidnychanka. This year-round recreation has historically developed with the help of the devotee Omelian Stocki at the early oil industry factories. Since 2005 the resort is named after him. It has developed in all warnings and hindrances’ despite and was built very swiftly contrary to the grand and all-union competitor Truskavets.

If you don’t worry because of the "tank training ground " instead of the road at the Borislav exit then eastern corridor in the Skole Beskydy National Park serves as a model of unrestrained and widespread building and hotel performances. In Skhidnytsya all the yards receive tourists and every town dweller of Skhidnytsya has its own hotel. Hence there are reasonable prices for every budget, the anarchic colorful buildings from the half a house to the lounge-hotel with big stars, shops and markets at every corner and every step. And the most important thing is that in Skhidnytsya the access to all 38 springs (soda, iron, urinary sodium bicarbonate choleric (calcium, and magnesium) with a uniquely diverse of the content of matter, which is called "Naftussya") is free (But how long will it be free?).

Oil and natural gas are still been swirled in the depths of those places. The oil "rocking" near the serpentine and the installation of gas at the nearest bushes are common for the landscape of Lviv midlands. Thanks to the natural hydrocarbon of oil any local water is healthful. The mineral water from the world's first gas craft in Skhidnytsya is so abundant that even excellent borscht and mushroom banosh is prepared mainly on the imported or bottled water. Local residents and visitors never complain. They can perhaps remember about the long-promised drain collector.Without that sanitary trinkets the developers from Lviv, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk etc will not soon be competitive to the foreign investors ( We do not consider Russian and other CIS countries invertors as they are our own. The developers are not too concerned about the lack of treatment facilities).

But Italy is interested in the public welfare of Borislav Skhidnytske territories. Having seen the willingness of Galician people to earn money in their motherland Italians from Ligurian Genoa and Campania province (this is where Vesuvius and Naples lived) hope to repay the home country of the paraffin (kerosene) oil lamp in a very peculiar way. The newspaper " Borislav oilman" from July 2013 (№ 53-54) informs that Italian investors, experts, and lawyers have assessed not only the prospects for expanding production of "old" water and oil resources but also the creation of an environmentally friendly companies in Borislav that will produce the iodine and the new projects on energy, recycling, and medicine problems during the Second International Forum of Petroleum. The most interesting is the fact that Italian partners offer to create a technical skansen as a form of remediation and future development (the existing open-air museum with all the technological utensils for the extraction and processing of hydrocarbons).

Indeed, you cannot surprise Europe with the architectural and folk parks but technical and historical tourism industry is gaining its popularity. Borislav and Drohobych are not just criminally neglected subject for such tourism but they also represent the beginning of oil production as an industry in the world. The holidaymakers are attracted to Skhidnytsya thanks to its Internet fame as a balneary health resort and its intimacy with the successfully hyped-up tour operators reserve "Tustan" with a unique castle on the rock.

So any bureaucracy corruption will not stand under the bulk of private interests. The question is only in the coordination of these interests: owners, tourists, investors, trainers, and organizers. If everything is clear with the first three parties of coordination, the fourth has every reason to join our team of the Polytechnic Museum. The experience of its employees that they received from the museumification of industrial declined, abandoned, and neglected production we believe that is useful for the organizers of the recreational and tourism area on the place of Carpathians oil fields. At least the KPI skansen resort with attractive slants has not been registered in the Ukrainian landscapes enrollment yet. Let’s be the first!
