On March 19, 2013 Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine H.E. Mr. Henryk Litwin delivered a lecture to students and teachers of NTUU “KPI” on «European integration as strengthening of transformation processes. European experience in development of Polish-Ukrainian scientific and educational collaboration».
At the beginning of his lecture H.E. Mr. Henryk Litwin noted that Republic of Poland provides support of Ukraine’s course towards European integration.
In his lecture H.E. Mr. Henryk Litwin outlined important aspects that should be taken into account on the way of European integration, and that could be interesting and useful for Ukraine. On an example of Polish processes during the last two decades, he showed the efficiency of reforms with clear aims and tools. Reforms in the system of local government, finance and legislation of the country were the most successful.
H.E. Mr. Henryk Litwin completed his speech with the words of confidence that Ukraine is expected to be successful on its chosen way.
At the end Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine answered the question concerning simplification of obtaining visa for students and researchers from Ukraine. Нe said, in particular, that visa is free of charge for students who intend to study in Poland and also for persons involved in research activities and university exchange programs.
