The next stage of the international project, that is carried out at the Department of Management of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute under the Jean Monnet module Erasmus+ "European business models: transformation, harmonization and implementation in Ukraine", began on the 22nd of October, 2018. A high-level start and a dynamic pace were set by Ukrainian manager-economist, ex-president of Kyiv Economic School Pavlo Sheremeta. His lecture  before the training "race" had a powerful motivating effect. "We are growing slowly, because our territories are narrowing,  population is reducing and we invest and attract too little investment.That is why, first of all, entrepreneurship and innovation are needed! "

   In the following days the trainings were held. Volodymyr Martynyuk, Doctor of Economic Science, Professor of the Economic and Innovations School in Lublin, a professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Environmental Examining of Goods at the Lviv Polytechnic University, joined the training "Integration Transformations in the EU: Directions, Dynamics, Priorities". He focused on the economic, political and historical priorities of EU enlargement, the European experience of supranational governance and the opportunities for partnership between Ukraine and the EU. Based on his own experience, he spoke about the EU institutions, programs and projects in Ukraine. Also was held a business game aimed at developing entrepreneurial abilities of youth.

   Ruslan Markov, Grand PhD in Economic Sciences, a business coach, was invited to participate in the training "Achievements and Prospects of European Integration for Ukraine". He focused on issues of Ukraine's export orientation towards the EU ranging from agribusiness to IT and peculiarities of European business development in Ukraine, gave a number of unique examples from his own experience, and also held a professional discussion with the participants of the training, emphasizing that "youth always have the best ideas".

   The "Marathon distance" of this international project continued the training "Integration Transformations of the EU: Directions, Dynamics, Priorities" on the 30th of October, 2018, in which participated Valeriy Kravchenko, PhD in Historical Sciences, Senior Researcher of Department for Foreign Policy and International Security Problems of the National Institute for Strategic Studies. He focused on the current political and economic challenges and threats facing the EU and stressed that today the EU integration transformations should be directed towards ensuring all kinds of security: economic, social, political, etc. Basing on his own experience of participating in many international projects, he has told about how the experience of Ukraine, related to counteracting the Russian Federation's aggression, affects these transformations. Also was conducted simulation game on processes related to the adoption of managerial decisions.

    The final day - the 1st of November, 2018 - was marked by trainings "EU Integration Transformations: Directions, Dynamics, Priorities" and "European Integration's Achievements and Prospects for Ukraine", which symbolically coincided with the  "Happy Birthday" of EU. Students congratulated the EU on four languages - English, French, German, and Polish. The peculiarity of the final day of the training program was  presentations of students who presented the results of their researches and an expert survey on European integration. Students from the UV-71 group Olga Volkova, Diana Hrynchuk, Volodymyr Koreyba, Polina Pashchenko and Tetyana Prystupa not only proved that modern students are actively involved in international educational projects, grants, volunteer groups, but also demonstrated their ability to formulate a special format of training work in the form of a system, which teaches itself.

Coaches of the Department of Management - Grand PhD in Economic Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Management V. V. Dergachova and PhD in Economic Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Management I. M. Manayenko - successfully overcome this "marathon". The active participation in the training took the head of the department of foreign economic activities of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute A. P. Shisholin and expert of the Department of International Cooperation A. V. Pyatova, professors of the Department of Management - Grand PhD in Economic sciences, Professor O. M. Lyashenko and assistant V. Y. Bondar. It is such a  pleasure that not only students of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, but also students of the European University and postgraduate students of the KNEU named after Vadym Hetman participated in the trainings.  S. M. Shukayev, head of the international cooperation department, provided assistance in conducting these events.
