A scientific and practical conference "Results of the heating season 2017-2018, the perspectives of the implementation of new technologies in the field of heat supply" was held in the end of April. Scientists, leaders of "Teplocomunenergo" of Ukraine, representatives of organizations that provide equipment for reliable and efficient heat supply turned out to watch the procession. They take note of the heating season was successful and in general without incisive comments. They also emphasized that it is necessary to carry out a lot of organizational and legislative measures on the governmental level in order to increase the effective work of heating companies. They also mentioned some successful projects connected with the improving of the economic level, environmental safety and heat engineering equipment reliability.
Among others, they discussed the experience of using the jet-niche combustion technology during modernization of boiler room in Rivne. This technology was developed in the heat and power assemblies of heat and nuclear power stations department and has been successfully applied in various industries in Ukraine. In particular, it has become of common use in electric public utilities. Through the modernization and installation of three DKVR-10 boilers in the boiler room in Rivne were saved 18% percent of gas per year. Also, this technology saved about 40% of electricity for fans and smoke outlets.
At present, past the boundary people pay more and more attention to the environmental problems. There are very strict requirements for environmental off-gases cleanliness. It is planned to set up stricter standards on gas emissions in Ukraine. In particular, it is about nitrogen oxides, which are tens of times more toxic than carbon monoxide. The application of the jet-niche combustion technology will enormously reduce emissions of toxic gases in combustion products.
