Since 2011 the department continued cooperation with industrial marketing FMM company L'Oreal Ukraine. It all started with the participation of teams department in international student contest Brand Storm. In 2012, the team of students of industrial marketing consisting of Oleg Michaylovsky, Mary Ryahuzova and Slobodenyuk Alina won the national finals in Ukraine and presented our country in the international final business game Brand Storm 2012 in Paris.

During the game, students passed several stages of processing competitional business case, learned of Marketing at the top of the industry, learnt about the intricacies of working with research and advertising agencies, have mastered the art public performances, training and presentations.

After graduation students - winners of the Brand Storm 2012 in Ukraine - took the opportunity of internship at L'Oreal Ukraine and later became its employees. They now work in the company and already hold important positions.

During the following years cooperation of industrial marketing department with the company L'Oreal Ukraine continued and deepened. In 2015, the Department of Industrial Marketing FMM certification program for marketing students was initiated and conducted, during which participants listened to lectures and attended master classes by leading experts in marketing, Category Management, e-commerce, digital marketing, worked on interesting case studies and received certificates.

During the 2015/2016 school year, students in the department of industrial marketing took part in a business game Digital Game, organized by L'Oreal Ukraine for students. In this competition competed 53 teams from "KPI named after Igor Sikorsky," KNU named after Shevchenko, NaUKMA, KNEU named after V. Hetman, Kyiv School of Economics (KSE). For quarterfinals 23 best teams were selected, 10 teams leading the race made it to the finals. The jury, consisting of leading executives L'Oreal Ukraine, defined 3 winning teams.

The team from the department of industrial marketing of our university consisting of Anastasia Vasilenko Ekaterina Tsymbal and Darya Kravets took first place.

        In 2016, the Department of Industrial Marketing FMM continued to cooperate with L'Oreal Ukraine in the field of education and development. During October – November certification program for marketing for students was held. The best participants were honored with certificates, gifts and invitations to train in company L'Oreal Ukraine. Also a new game for students "L'OREAL Future Leaders 3.0" was launched, in which the final in "KPI them. Igor Sikorsky" took place on November 22. It was attended by eight student teams who have successfully unleashed the pre-selection case. Interuniversity final winners are preparing to compete in the final Intercollegiate and, we hope,  in the national final.

Another significant event in 2016 was the visit to the "KPI by Igor Sikorsky" by L'Oreal Ukraine CEO Mark Savchuk, that took place on December 8. The guests met the heads of FMM and the Department of Industrial Marketing visited State Polytechnic Museum at NTUU "KPI named after Igor Sikorsky."

Productive negotiations on further expansion of cooperation in the areas of education, talent development, student internships and cooperative education programs were held.
