Quality education is one of the main conditions, mobility, compatibility and attractiveness of higher education in any country, the main component of the prestige of higher education institutions (HEIs). Promotion of European cooperation in ensuring quality education - a requirement of the Bologna process and the principle of institutional autonomy implies that the primary responsibility for quality assurance lies with the universities. In world practice there are different approaches to assessing the quality of universities, reputation (based on expert estimates), effective (with objective indicators) and total.

The task of quality assurance is in an interdisciplinary and includes the necessary resources (human, financial, material, information, research, teaching, etc.), organization of educational process, which most adequately meet modern trends of national and world economy and education, monitoring of educational activities Universities and quality of training at all stages of education and at all levels (university level, state level, international (European) level).

The quality management system of education at university should provide basic monitoring quality and training on the basis of recommendations to improve all components of training.

Key parts of the system are:

1. Quality educational programs.

2. The level of training of students.

3. Information and methods of teaching.

4. The qualification of the teaching staff.

5. The quality of the educational process.

6. The level of research conducted at the university.

7. The level of equipment of the educational process.

8. The level of training of graduates (including practical training and readiness to perform professional functions) and their demand for labor market.

To ensure the quality of training institutions establish requirements for applicants, students, faculty and criteria for evaluating their compliance with these requirements. As for the level of training students, we put forward the relevant requirements of schools, high schools, technical schools, colleges. Regarding the educational process of students, the requirements for all departments to ensure the process runs disciplines including humanitarian and socio-economic, natural sciences and professional practical training. Thus the quality of training in certain specialties correspond graduating department.

Central to management and quality assurance is an educational process. The control system to ensure the quality of training aims to identify the most weaknesses through self learning process of the university, which must be carried out systematically on the criteria defined standards of higher education, and in accordance with the central education authorities. In other parts of the system is a regular survey (questioning) students, graduates and their potential customers; introduction of credit-modular system to learn and others.

To analyze the quality of training at the University of disciplines fundamental, general engineering, specialized and practical training rector "KPI" signed a decree on the introduction of  Rector control the quality of training for all specialties University. The subject is also monitoring research employers assessments of quality graduate training in all specialties of the University. So   the quality of education at the university will be monitoring, and will take into account both the quality of the educational process and evaluation of KPI graduate employers.

It is assumed that the first phase from November 15 to December 15, 2005 will be tested skills and knowledge students residual 5th year in mathematics, physics, and complex subjects training.

This will develop a methodology for analyzing and evaluation criteria of complex monitoring of quality of training graduates in all specialties and implemented a rating system

evaluation of university departments, as well as a system of material incentives for better performance units. Results of monitoring the quality of education will be discussed at the methodical councils of faculties and departments, and analytical reports published in press.

All these steps will make training complex outside University to monitor the quality of education, including the monitoring of EU requirements in the system ENQA (European Network for Quality Assurance).
