A university contest "Young teacher-researcher" which was launched a decade ago every year names new young scientists who gain their name in the national and international scientific community. One of these is Associate Professor of  CIDE V. Marina Filippova. As a result of her hard work she was recognized as a winner of the contest "Young teacher-researcher 2014", which indicates a high level and effectiveness of her research work.

After graduating from CIDE at the"KPI" in 2003 and receiving the award "Master of the instrument," she began working at the Department of manufacturing equipment. During this period she has gone from assistant to associate professor. Since 2013 she works as associate dean of the College of Instrument Design and Engineering.

Active work on her dissertation under the direction of assistant professor Ph.D. Associate Professor S.P.Vyslouha allowed M.V.Filippoviy successfully defend it in 2007 and gain the degree of candidate of technical sciences. The results of scientific research M.V.Filippovoyi reflected in more than 120 scientific papers, including a textbook stamped MES of Ukraine "Physical Therapy equipment", 15 patents for inventions and utility models of Ukraine, 26 articles in professional journals and magazines, included in scientometric databases. These works reflect the great experience of the author's knowledge of modern methods of research, novelty and original approaches to the task.

Marina Filippova lectures and conducts practical training courses "Metrology", "Metrological provision of production", "Control and management of quality products", "Organization instrument of production."

Many physical and mental strength she gives  to the education of the younger generation of scientists. She is a supervisor of graduate students, she prepared more than 20 masters of the instrument. High competence, erudition, openness and warmth of Marina Vyacheslavovna cause profound respect and cordial attitude to its employees, friends and students.
