Event from P&G was held for promising young people especially for students and graduates of KPI on the company's plant in Boryspil city, it turned interesting and useful. The plant manager Yulia Semenchenko told about the history of the company, its values and the formula for successful development for the past 180 years.
Students liked the career opportunities offered by the company, and the history of its own rapid and interesting development, which Julia shared. This could not inspire, because she has become a director of production already 6 years after the student days, and 10 years after graduation she has become a director of the plant!
There was also a tour of the production which was held by Sergei Melnychuk. The meeting saw a live product creation process and they were able to hold it and take it immediately off the assembly line. And the meeting ended in informal conversations during dinner which was hospitality offered by owners. Everyone had the opportunity to share experiences, get answers to their questions and learn many useful and interesting information.
