1.1. Regulations on the organization of the educational process (hereinafter the Regulations) at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (hereinafter the University) is the main regulatory document governing the organization and implementation of educational activities at the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” (hereinafter the University).
1.2. The organization of the educational process at the University is carried out under the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine “On Education”, “On Higher Education”, “On Scientific and Scientific-Technical Activity”, legislation of Ukraine, regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, as well as based on the University Statute and the Regulations of the University.
