According to the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine order No. 1506 dated 23.12.2014., with the aim of improving the quality of qualified specialists training, finding gifted students and creating conditions for creative growth the national technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" is appointed basic higher educational institution for conducting the Ukrainian nationwide student Olympiad on the discipline "Design of publishing and printing production".
Thus, Ukrainian nationwide Olympiad on the discipline "Design of publishing and printing production" was held at the Department of reprography Publishing and printing Institute NTUU "KPI" on May 14th 2015.
Two years on end the competition involves student from leading higher educational institutions of Ukraine including the National technical University of Ukraine "KPI", Ukrainian Academy of Printing, Kharkiv national University of Radioelectronics and Kharkiv National economic University of Semen Kuznetz.
During the execution of the theoretical tasks of the first round and practical tasks of the second round of the Olympiad students showed high level of theoretical material knowledge and demonstrated mastery of software tools.
Chairman of the organizing Committee, Vice-rector of NTUU "KPI" Professor Kirichek Peter A. and Chairman of the jury, Professor Elena Velichko congratulated the winners and wished all participants inspiration and creative concern. The winners were awarded with Publishing Institute diplomas, and all the other participants – with certificate of honor. We wish all participants success and victories in life and in scientific way!
