Tourist club KPI "Globe" combines restless and stubborn. They travel on tourits trails and off-road, climb the mountains, saddle bikes, go to the ski trips. The skill and the will to win they learn from senior colleagues. They demonstrate their ability in numerous championships and competitions and never return without a win.
The Kiev’s championship on the technique of all-weather tourism was held April 4-5. It was attended by 132 people (22 teams) from different clubs. They showed incredible skills and acrobatics on "rope" crossings, descents, climbs, transportation "victims" and others. With great zeal they crossed ravines and slopes on the stage "orientation on the ground", overcame the obstacle. Our university was represented by seven teams. Three of them were included in the final competition, received diplomas, medals and trophy.
The "Trominences" (junior) won the Cup of Kiev in the 3rd grade, with the first place on a cross-tour and second place on the obstacle course. The "prominences" (senior) won the second place in the cross-tour of the 4th grade. The "Moment of Truth" won the second place in the cross-tour and third place in the overall standings.
