The artistic director is a laureate of all-Ukrainian contests and festivals, director, songwriter and a singer, Svitlana Tokar-Chirikalova.

The Seventh Sense vocal ensemble was created in 1996 on the basis of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The ensemble was a participant of the Batumi-Odesa-Kyiv International Youth Festival, recipient of a prize in cultural and artistic projects in Lviv and the Presentation Carols All-Ukrainian Festival; took part in the Crystal Star pop contest, the Kyiv-Art Time All-Ukrainian Vocal and Choreographic Contest, the Camerton Contest, etc. The Seventh Sense performs in the genre of modern pop songs. The repertoire of the vocal ensemble includes patriotic, author's songs, Ukrainian folk songs, and pop hits. The Seventh Sense ensemble takes an active part in social projects and charity concerts. It performs in military hospitals, brigades and military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Seventh Sense Vocal Pop Ensemble gave two patriotic author's concerts at the Art and Culture Center of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute: "We Are on Our God-Given Land" (2019), and "Invincible" (2021). The ensemble has diplomas and certificates of acknowledgement for social activism, for a significant contribution to the development of national culture, support of the Military Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, from the mayors of Kyiv and Lviv, brigade commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, etc.
