The meeting of the Academic Council of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, which took place on October, 1, began somewhat unusual – with the solemn donation of the bronze bust of Alfred Nobel to the university by Mykola Znoba and Veronika Dirova.

The Academic Council reviewed the competition cases, in particular the election of a head of the department, a professor of departments and a recommendation to the assignment of academic titles.
