VII Olympiad "TEK'2014"

On November 20-th, 2014 the VII Olympiad on circuit theory was held. It has been organized by the Department of Physical and Biomedical Electronics of the Faculty of Electronics and is dedicated to the memory of Prof. Vitaly Petrovich Sigorsky, a prominent scientist and educator. Students of the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” (KPI) and the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (NUK) have been the participants of the Olympiad.

The winners are:

• Sergey Bernatsky ( first place, Faculty of Radio Engineering, KPI),
• Sergey Kislitsyn (second place, Faculty of Electronics, KPI),
• Artem Moskovko (second place, Faculty of Electronics, KPI),
• Oleksiy Bulba (third place, Faculty of Radio Physics, Electronics and Computer Systems, NUK),
• Ivan Hrytsevych (third place, Faculty of Radio Engineering, KPI),
• Andriy Melnick (third place, Faculty of Electronics, KPI).

Significant results have been achieved by

Kostyantin Lapchevsky and Oleg Kozynets from the Faculty of Radio Physics, Electronics and Computer Systems (NUK), Kyrylo Mishchenko, the Faculty of Radio Engineering (KPI) and Olga Chesnokova, the Faculty of Electronics (KPI).

Thanks everybody for participating in the Olimpiad and for the achieved high results. We invite you to participate in the VIII Olimpiad “TEC'2015” to be held in November next year.

VII Olympiad on the theory of electronic circuits "TEK'2014" dedicated to the memory of Professor Sihorsky Vitaly Petrovich will be opened November 20,2014. The students of 3-6 years of technical direction faculties NTTU"KPI" as well as students from other universities in Ukraine are invited. It permitted to use the printed and manuscript materials. Electronic devices cannot be used.
