In youth, time flows by. It seems only recently Katya Boyarinova mastered the specialty "Management of foreign economic activity" at FMM and received a master's degree, but now already has ten years experience of scientific and pedagogical work at the Department of Management.

  In 2008 she defended her thesis "The mechanism of organizational and infrastructural support innovative entrepreneurship" for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences, and in 2010 was awarded the title of associate professor. Even now it is difficult to identify her in the group of young people: the same open smile and a thirst for knowledge, as well as in her students.

But research interests characterize her as a serious researcher: management of innovative development of the industrial enterprises, innovation policy at the macro and micro levels, managing of rapid development of innovative industries, innovative management techniques. Katerina is involved in research work of NTUU"KPI", in particular, carries out scientific theme "Approaches to the formation of the strategic development of the enterprises in a competitive environment" (Participant) and "Managing of the functioning of innovation-oriented enterprises of mechanical engineering" (Head).

K.O.Boyarinova is the author of over 70 scientific papers and 20 educational works, co-author of several monographs, manuals and textbooks. Also she is the supervisor of postgraduate dissertations, winner of the competition "Young teacher and researcher in 2013."

Young scientist is actively involved in the student's academic life. She provides leadership of scientific work of students on the preparation of papers and reports on national and international conferences; research students who later become participants and winners of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers on natural, technical and human sciences; economics and management.

K.O.Boyarinova also is the head of the section in specialty "Management of innovative activity" performs the duty of the curator of the groups. She is a member of the organizing committee of the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Modern approaches to the management of the business," organized by the Department of Management. Also she organizes and carries out students scientific seminars.

She was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine as the scientific director of the winner of All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers, honorary distinction of the Academic Council FMM for a significant contribution to the development of the faculty, the strengthening of its authority, training of highly qualified specialists and others.

Katerina Boyarinova owes its success to heads of faculty and the department - highly skilled professionals whose experience is useful for the young scientist.
