Two years ago, at the Center for International Education "KPI" foreign students met and became friends with members of the group "Golden Wisp" Institute of History Education National Pedagogical University (NPU) named after Dragomanov. May 22 the ensemble celebrated its 10th anniversary. Students of the Preparatory Department and foreign students NTUU"KPI" joyfully welcomed their friends.
Holiday started jubilees. They performed a variety of songs: patriotic, Cossack, comic, girlish. Audience was particularly struck by the words of the poem Shevchenko "roars and moans wide Dnepr" and L.Trubetskogo "Warriors of Light", which was accompanied by a video showing the events on Evromaydan.
It was interesting to listen to the instrumental ensemble, who masterfully played both folk music, as well as classical music. Foreigners liked authentic performances of folk band "Hope" from Cherkasy. Interesting, that members of this ensemble are mothers of members of "Golden Wisp". Together, the two inspired ensemble sang Ukrainian songs. Spectators were convinced that folk song passed down from generation to generation, it is sung by Ukrainians of all ages.
Events Birthdays were welcomed by director of the Institute of History Education NPU Doctor of History, Professor O.O.Sushko, teachers, friends, guests and graduates founders of the ensemble.
Our foreign students also prepared a greeting. Vietnamese students Nguyen Ngoc Duc, Nguyen Thanh Vi, Nguyen Van Cao, Van Duc Tai, Nguyen Cong Tuan Anh, To Minh Doan welcomed jubilees by dance. Supported by audience, student from Cameroon Tiako Chokonte and Vietnamese students Daniel Wu Lin Mi, Mi Nguyen Bui Linh, Le Thay Sean, Le Duc Thanh fulfilled the popular song "Marigold". Out of the mouth of foreigners song was especially exciting because they are far from home, and mention of the dearest for each person who gave us life - mother, warmed and touched the audience.
The leaders of the ensemble have a surprise for foreigners. They expressed their gratitude for the fruitful cooperation with the team and actively participate in creative activities of the Institute of History Education NPU of Dragomanov, and after the concert were treated to local food. Student Council President Adeline Matushanska thanked those present for their congratulations and wished prosperity. In turn, Nguyen Van Cao, on behalf of the students expressed gratitude for the hospitality of the Ukrainian language, which caused a storm of applause.
The people say the song - the soul of the people. Listening to the song, foreigners learn Ukrainian spiritual world. And Ukrainian appear friendly, sincere, hospitable and open to communication. And communication - the way to understanding, so necessary to mankind. We wish the team every success and its leaders - M.N.Yaretyku, Yu.V.Duttsi and N.I.Zahrebelniy. Let Ukrainian song by the group "Golden Wisp" united and spiritually enriching youth of the world for peace and harmony.
