May 16, 2014 the results of the International Competition Intel ISEF (International Science and Engineering Fair) were announced in Los Angeles (California, USA). More then 1700 of the winners of the national stages took part in the finals this year
According to the decision of the jury of scientific and technical creativity for pupils Intel-Techno Ukraine, the national final of which was held in NTU "KPI", three individual project participated: "subdifferential function of complex variable" (by Alexander Titov, Educational complex "School-Lyceum» № 3 them. Makarenko, Crimea); "Development of three-dimensional educational world with elements of social network - STUDIOS WORLD») (by Victor Dorokhin Alushtynska Secondary school I-III Art. № 2, Crimea) ; "Getting actually created holographic 3D images, manipulating them using gestures" (by Alexander Loikaw, gymnasium № 48, Kyiv).
International jury was interested by the work of these guys and for this they were awarded prizes: Alexander Titov took third place in the category "Mathematics", and Alexander Loikaw received a special award from the company - the world's largest domain name registrar «GoDaddy».
May 20 at the State Polytechnic Museum at NTUU "KPI" awardees World Finals International Competition Intel ISEF met with their peers - members of the Junior Academy of Sciences and shared with them the secrets of success, impressions of a trip to the U.S. and participatation in the finals.
