Information Educational Resources "Osvita.ua" published consolidated ranking of universities in Ukraine in 2014.
As input data for the consolidated ranking universities in Ukraine the compilers used data from the experts and media of national and international rankings of universities in Ukraine "Top-200 Ukraine», «Scopus» and «Vebometryks", each based on its own criteria evaluation of universities.
The "TOP-200 Ukraine" activities of higher education institutions are evaluated using an aggregated metric (integral index), which is formed on the basis of indicators of direct measurement (80%), peer review training quality graduates representatives of employers and the academic community (15%) and using international scientometric and web metric data (5%).
The results of ranking of higher education institutions «Scopus» based on indicators database Scopus, which is a tool to track citations of scientific papers published by the institution or its employees in scientific journals. In the league table of higher educational institutions of Ukraine ranked by Hirsch index - quantitative measure based on the number of publications and number of citations of these publications.
International rating "Vebometryks" takes into account the number of pages indexed by search engines university website, external link to it, quoting the resource and the number of files uploaded to the site (in other words, the content and information activity site of the institution). Rating "Vebometryks" is published twice a year.
Therefore, the results of ranking universities summarize versions of "Top 200 Ukraine», «Scopus» and «Vebometryks."
