On November 29, 2012 the delegation of Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology visited NTUU “KPI”.
The delegation consisted of the following members: Principal staff member of Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province Mr. YUE BIN, Deputy General Manager of Zhejiang torch productivity promotion center co. LTD Mr. WANG QUN, Researcher of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences Mr. LU LIZHI , Vice Director of Hangzhou Dianzi University Mr. DAI GUOJUN, Associate professor of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology Mr. LI QIPENG , Professor of Zhejiang University of Technology Mr. ZHANG CHENG , CEO of Zhejiang Jointwis Technology Co., Ltd Mr. PIAO XIANGUO.
For the guests the presentation of KPI was made and they got acquainted with the University campus.
Vice-rector for Research V. Barbash, Deputy Director of the Ukrainian-Chinese center of NTUU “KPI” Ye. Ogorodnyk, Director for International Relations of Science park “Kyivska polytechnika” A. Shysholin, Dean of Faculty of Aircraft and Space Systems A. Zbrutsky took part in discussions from the side of NTUU “KPI”.
During the meetings with the delegation developments of KPI scientists in energy, welding technologies, radio electronics, optics, instrument making, and chemical engineering have been discussed.
After discussions the parties signed the “Protocol about Intentions of Cooperation of universities of Zhejiang province, National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and Science Park “Kyivska Polytechnika”.
The parties declared intentions to start the work using their potentialities and agreed to continue consultations on questions of joint interest and their fulfillment in frames of separate contracts and agreements. There were also discussed procedures of securing of intellectual property rights for developments to be fulfilled by NTUU “KPI” scientists for order of the People’s Republic of China.
Vice-rector S. Sydorenko expressed satisfaction from the meeting and confirmed the importance of cooperation with research institutions of Zhejiang province.
