Education in Israel has been highly appreciated. The aim of education in the country is to prepare children to decent and responsible life in democratic society, where side by side live people of different ethnicity, religion , culture, love to own land on principles of freedom and tolerance. It seeks to inculcate scientific and technical skills without them it is impossible to imagine development of the country.

Higher education is decisive factor in economical and social development of the country. Almost a quarter of a century before the birth of the State of Israel the Israeli Institute of Technology “Technion” in Haifa and Hebrew University of Jerusalem have been opened for preparation of engineers and architectures. The aim was to draw students and scientists from countries of Diaspora to Israel. The well-known universities of Israel are: Weizman Institute of Science, Bar-Ilan University, Tel Aviv University, Ben-Gurion University of Negev.

The videoconference with participation of the president of Haifa Institute of Technology “Technion” Mr. Lavi Perets was the final stage of the events being held at KPI.
