On the november 16, 2016 the regular meeting of the round table, which became a tradition and is held with the participation of the Department of International Economics. The theme of the next meeting, "Will Ukraine become an agrarian superpower country?" all reflected the severity and urgency of the problems of agriculture of Ukraine in the context of global trends in the world and combined views and opinions of participants.
Scientific debate touched on a range of issues, identify priorities and key areas of agricultural development Ukraine in terms of European integration; Search rational institutional and financial mechanisms to address the issues and outline prospects for agricultural development; creation of modern and competitive agriculture through innovation; preferential tax treatment for agricultural producers and their prospects for reform; ways to speed up liberalization of the markets of agricultural products; diversification of processing enterprises, resources and free movement of goods, the formation of market infrastructure, strengthening of ecological agricultural production; state investment climate and investment in agribusiness.
The round table was attended by representatives ASTARTA "Astarte" Ukraine, Association AgTechUkraine, Scientific park "Kyiv Polytechnic" Foundation "AgroChallenge" holding "Human Transparency Innovation".
Students and graduate students took part in the discussion of issues. Debatable aspects meetings form a new vision of the problems and prospects of development of agriculture of Ukraine in the context of the global world trends. Reflections on the future of AIC Ukraine and work on the development and improvement of scenarios is not limited to the rules of the event, and are continued in the scientific work of students.
