In April, 18 37th International Conference "Electronics and Nanotechnologies (ELNANO-2017) started its work in Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute.
It was initiated in 1980 by scientist of theory of electric circuits, KPI professor, Vitalii Sihorskyi. Since 2003 the conference has been hold with the assistance of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) – highly recognized and well-respected in the world of professional and technical community that unites 400 thousand of scientists from 160 countries.
Traditionally, this year the moderators of the conference were Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) as well as V. Ye. Lashkariov Institute of physics of superconductors of National Academy of Science and National Aviation University. ELNANO conference has been hold for the sixth time in Kyiv politechnics.
First pro-rector of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv polytechnic institute, academician of Ukrainian NAS, Yurii Yakymenko took part in welcoming speech, he informed that this year the conference gathered in the university famous scientists and the scientific youth from 19 countries- Armenia. Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Italy, South Korea, Libya, Lithuania, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Spain, Turkey, the United States of America and Ukraine - 300 participants in total. 100 reports that will be published in the collection of papers were brought into consideration.
The conference will be hold in the format of planer sessions and three sections: "Micro- and Nano-electronics", "Biomedical electronics and signal processing" (subsection "Digital technologies of X-Ray examination"), "Electronic systems".
«ELNANO-2017» conference will run to April, 20.
