At the end of October 2016 in the room of Solomianskyi district in Kyiv city state administration with the participation of experts of Institute of energy saving and energy management Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute held a meeting to consider the issue of resource and energy efficiency in Solomenskiy area. The objective is to reduce energy consumption by objects of real estate of all forms of ownership in Solomensky district of Kiev.
Opening the meeting the head of housing and utilities of the solomiansky district in Kyiv state administration A. Y. Sidorchuk, denoting the relevance of the Solomenska RSA, the issues of increasing energy efficiency and rational use of energy resources. He defined the purpose of the meeting, which aimed at cooperation of the Solomenska RSA with the Institute of energy saving and energy management in the areas of resource and energy efficiency, energy conservation and energy management to reduce consumption and improve energy efficiency use of the energy objects of immovable property that belong to communal property of territorial community of Kiev, and transferred to the sphere of control of the solomiansky district in Kyiv state administration.
Director of the Institute of energy saving and energy management Professor S. P. Denisyuk informed the participants about the experience and scientific achievements of the staff and students of the Institute in the field of energy efficiency and practical results of work for energy audit of eight pilot sites in Solomenskiy district in the 2015/2016 academic year.
Its proposals for cooperation with the Institute of energy saving and energy management NTUU " Igor Sikorsky KPI" provided: on housing and communal property – the chief engineer of KP "Management company to service the housing Fund of Solomensky district of Kiev," I. A. Smarowania; industrial enterprises – the Chairman of the Board of Directors of industrial and scientific research enterprises of Solomenskiy district, Chairman of the Board of JSC "Meridian"..Protsenko. Also in the discussion of the agenda issues was attended by representatives of social institutions, departments of education, culture and health.
The result of the discussion was the signing of an agreement between the Department of housing and communal services of the solomiansky district in Kyiv city state administration and the Institute of energy saving and energy management in joint implementation of energy efficiency projects and the promotion of training and the acquisition of practical skills of students on implementation for the development of energy efficiency measures for industrial sites and real estate objects of all forms of ownership of Solomenskiy district. Today has already identified about 30 sites, which will be held on the primary energy audit.
It is important that in the framework of this cooperation the students under the supervision of the Department of electricity will have the opportunity to use their knowledge in the field of energy efficiency on real objects during the execution of course works and diploma projects.
