According to the agreement on cooperation between the Institute for Energy Saving and Institute for Energy Saving Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and Study of Applied Management (m. Mannheim) performed the project "Professionalization and stabilization of energy management in Ukraine", funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany. The project provides advanced training of energy management for specialists, consisting of four two-day seminars: "Energy Management Features", "Renewable Energy Technologies", "Modern trends in the energy business" and "intellectual energy technologies." The program also included visits powerful energy companies in Germany: "RWE" та "GKM Großkraftwerk Mannheim".

The participants of the seminar were employees of utility companies of Ukraine, representatives of regional administrations and municipal executive committees who provide formation and realization of state policy in the field of improving energy efficiency at the regional or city level. The selection was held on a competitive basis - Institute for Energy Saving has received more than 30 ideas for implementation of energy efficiency projects, which were selected the best. The first workshop took place on 26-27 May and 16-18 June this year at the Institute for Energy Saving. The main part of lecture materials prepared by Professor Joachim Heine Opits the Institute of Energy. Hamm (Germany).

The first workshop took place on 26-27 May and 16-18 June this year at the Institute for Energy Saving. The main part of lecture materials prepared by Professor Joachim Heine Opits the Institute of Energy. Hamm (Germany). The professor said that the proportion of use of electricity produced from renewable energy sources (RES) in Germany as of 2015 was 32.5%. In some regions this figure reaches 80% today, and according to the concept of RES government plans by 2050 to achieve the same performance and the national average. Of course, such a change in the structure of generation influenced the operation of the electricity system in Germany. In these conditions the government promotes advanced technologies and seeking new ways of effective interaction of producers and consumers of energy resources.

The teachers of the Institute for Energy Saving in their lectures focused on modernization of Ukrainian energy experience. The teachers of Institute for Energy Saving in their lectures focused on modernization of Ukrainian energy experience. Specifically, PhD. MT Strelkov noted features of the electricity market of Ukraine and its transition to the new 2017 model. Ph.D., Assoc. GG Strelkova focused on the present state and regulatory environment in Ukraine implementation of renewable energy technologies. Candidate of sciences, senior teacher V. Kostiuk delivered a lecture "Small energy facilities in the problems of decentralized power supply: external characteristics of plants powered by renewable energy and joining the grid." Candidate of sciences, senior teacher O.S. Yarmolyuk prepared a lecture on "Evaluation predictive values of new power generating facilities powered by renewable energy." Participants interested in the project developed in consultation with IEE and submitted to the consideration of the Atlas renewable energy potential in the regions of Ukraine. Especially remember visits to laboratories distributed sources of energy, in which PhD. AM Kovalchuk told the participants of the project and a German colleague of experience in the Institute for Energy Saving implementation of renewable energy and the use of the results of this work in the classroom.

It is very has become eventful and educational week in Germany that lasted from 19 to 25 June. Professor Norbert Verveyen, executive director of energy efficiency RWE, spoke about the new direction of one of the largest energy companies in Germany, namely participation in pilot projects "active consumers" who are able not only to provide their own electricity needs, but also to sell the surplus on the market.

One more day project participants have in the Innovation Center Ruhr (Innovation City Ruhr - ICR), where leading experts best known companies, including Siemens, Daikin, Wilo, Innovation City etc., described the experience of cooperation between public authorities, citizens and companies producer of equipment for sharing a high level of energy efficiency.

The fourth seminar "Intellectual Energy Technology" took place at the University of Applied Management study city Mannheim. Professor Roland Kaldych experienced specialist in IT technology and certified broker electricity exchange, shared with the participants of the project by the German experience of smart metering and energy data management accounting. With lectures on the experience of Ukraine in the implementation of smart technologies and automated control systems, accounting and control energy use at the seminar were teachers Institute for Energy Saving – profession. S.P.Denysyuk and PhD. O.V.Kotsar.

In Germany, changing behavior and traditional energy market participants - coal thermal power station, which was convincingly demonstrated now "GKM Großkraftwerk Mannheim". Visiting block number 9 of thermal power station, entered into operation in 2015, made a lasting impression to all participants. The installed on the block number 9 most modern flue gas cleaning system (degree of cleaning 99.95%) allows not only minimizing the negative impact of thermal power station in the environment, but also receiving additional benefits from the sale of collected products of combustion construction enterprises.

At the end of the educational program in Germany, participants had the opportunity to present their project and received certificates of training. As a result of teachers Institute for Energy Saving program with German colleagues preparing its best international practices in energy efficiency, which also will include brief descriptions offered by the project ideas.

Summarizing the interim results of the program training of specialists in the Ukrainian-German cooperation on the project "Professionalization and stabilization of energy management in Ukraine", it should be noted that the project has enabled specialists from different regions of Ukraine to receive training on best practices of energy efficient technologies, see alternative use natural gas and, not least, to exchange experiences among themselves and with leading experts of Ukraine and Germany in the field of energy management. Collaborate on educational program teachers IEE and German colleagues provided a high synergy of knowledge that was the basis for further cooperation.
