January 18, 2016 is the regular meeting of the Academic Council.
It has begun greeting anniversaries: dean of faculty of Physics and Mathematics assistant professor of technical sciences, professor V. V. Vanina, the director of publishing and editing ass. prof. soc. s., professor O. V. Trischuk, the director of department of theoretical and industrial heat ass. prof. tec. s., professor H. B. Varlamova, the director of department of environmental engineering ass. prof. tec. s., associate professor K. K. Tkachuka and head of department of automation of chemical production, ass. prof. tec. s., professor A. I. Zhuchenka.
After that followed by delivery of certificates Professor T. Y. Kyrychok (VPI), S. O. Kravchuku (ITS), I. V. Korobku (PSF) O. V. Kofanoviy (IEE) O. I. Roliku (FIVT) and S. O. Tulchynskiy (FMM).
First on the agenda was the report made rector of future development O. M. Novikova « NTUU " KPI " in development: results, problems, tasks.» Alexey said that the organization and control of the development strategy of "KPI" is the subject of attention governments of university. In addition, he noted that among the future challenges of the next - realization of the project of the university autonomous heating plant. He also paid attention to development of information management and protection of information property complex of the University of investment projects of development of the program "Ukraine's Future" and career guidance.
Then about the work of the University in maintaining and development of material and technical base in 2015 reported pro-rector of administrative work P. V. Kovalov. He informed the participants about the costs of repair work, maintenance of the material base of student campus, university energy and energy efficiency of university, revenues from transport enterprise NTUU "KPI" (transportation, driving school end e.t.). Also, pro-rector presented the project of mini-stadium Center of Physical Education and Sports and reported that the permits document are received. Finally Petro reported about the work plan for 2016.
Prorector’s report were approved unanimously; work of departments for 2015 found satisfactory.
Next question - approval of the competition among teachers in the categories "Teacher-researcher - 2015" and "Young teacher-researcher - 2015" in NTUU "KPI". Prorector of scientific work M. Y. Ilchenko informed about the winners and also made a brief analysis results of the competition for the ten years of its implementation.
Finally examined competition issues and current affairs. In particular, the members of the Scientific Council recommended a number of works of young researchers to participate in the competition for the award of the President of Ukraine for young scientists.
