He was born in 1893 to Poodle. He was a son of the doctor. In 1912 he finished a gymnasium in Lutsk and began training at the Kiev university. In 1913 Ezhi became the student of the Lviv polytechnic, and since 1915. - Kiev Polytechnical institute. He finished training in 1922 in the Warsaw polytechnic.
Professional activity he began in the same year in the society of the metal industry in Warsaw, the chief of department, then - the deputy director worked. He carried out installation works of Ponyatovsky’s Bridge through Vistula (1922-27), built railway bridges through the rivers Warta, White under Tukhov on the line Bydgoszcz - Gdynia and through Dniester in Za-Leshchik, built up bridges in the cities of Pulava, Vlotslavek, Torun, Plock. These designs at stadium in Warsaw, at stations Warsaw and Lviv (railway gantry cranes) also are known.
In 1946. he became a director of the enterprise which was engaged in detuning of the damaged brides on Vistula and Odra. In 1948 this firm became department of the state enterprise "Beton-stal", and hereafter E. Pomyanovsky directed it . With his participation was carried out the construction of the route East-West in Warsaw (1949), a coal pier of the port of Szczecin (1949), ferroconcrete workshops in Nova Gute near Krakow (1950).
In 1951-68. he worked at the head positions of the Warsaw enterprise "Mostostal". After the retirement in 1967 he continued to provide advice to this enterprise.
On a voluntary basis he was involved in activity Association of the Polish technicians (since 1924).
He died in 1968 in Warsaw, there he is buried.
