April 21 NTUU “KPI” the 35th International conference “Electronics and nanotechnologies(ELNANO-2015)” started its work.
In conference participate scientists, postgraduates and students from the Faculty of Electronics NTUU “KPI”, colleagues from another domestic organizations as “Micro device”, National University of T.G. Shevchenko, National Aviation University, National Aerospace University “Kharkiv aviation institut” etc. There are also representatives from foreign and scientific institutes of Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, France, Great Britain, Turkey, Belgium, Canada, Spain.
The conference was opened by the Minister of Education in Ukraine, professor Maksym Striha and the First Vice-Recto of NTUU “KPI” academician of the National Academy of Sciences in Ukraine Yuriy Takymenko. On the plenary session, participants of Conference heard 4 reports: “General model of heat transferring for micro- and nanoelectronic” (Maksym Striha); “Problems of low-temperature synthesis of nanocrystals on a thin film trynitryd” (Necmi Biyikli, Turkey); “Analysis of integral model lasers on polymeric materials.Their experimental conformation” (Oleksander Nosich) and “Problems of heat stability and dielectric loss in microwave resonators” (Yuriy Poplavko).
Participants of the conference are also going to work by sections “Micro- and nanoelectronics”, “Biomedical electronics and signal processing”, “Electronic systems”. The total number of reports is 127, 35 of which were prepared by foreign experts.
